A exciting change of use from an existing hairdressers to form a residential flat whilst maintaining the shop frontage. Internal alterations with associated external upgrades made up this proposal.
The existing shop which at present remains mostly surplus to the current shops requirements, offered a unique opportunity for the client to creatively repurpose this space, without composing the character and amenities of the neighbourhood.
