Jack Crathern
My vision for Swell Architecture has been to intertwine the elegance of design with the embrace of nature. Each project we undertake is an opportunity to craft spaces that seamlessly meld with their surroundings while offering functional and aesthetically enriching solutions. My many years of experience have provided me with a
comprehensive understanding of construction, science, and technology to create buildings that work for our clients.
Beyond the drafting table, you’ll find me actively engaging in sports. I am an involved with the Sidmouth Football, Running, and Cycling Club. I also love getting involved with the community and often volunteer at one of the many charities/groups in and around the Sidmouth area. I draw inspiration from the world around us, whether locally or globally. As a keen traveller, I have been lucky enough to visit Australia, New Zealand, and Europe, all of which I would highly recommend.
Georgie Lamprill
One of the most compelling aspects of my work is the creative freedom it offers. From the shape of the structure to the choice of materials, everything plays a vital role in the final composition. It’s a constant dance between form and function, and I find immense joy in striking that delicate balance. Creating beautiful and functional spaces that people can inhabit and appreciate. This passion infuses every part of my life, whether sketching
new concepts, exploring artistic ideas, or immersing myself in nature—making every design both unique and captivating.
When I’m not sketching or painting, you’ll find me on the field as a dedicated member of the Exeter City Ladies Football Club or coaching the U9 Sidmouth Panthers. Beyond the shores of design, you will find me catching the Swell in one of the many beautiful shorelines we have available to us in the South West.
